Spend six days with one of the country’s top collegiate mock trial programs. Created in 1994, the Miami University Mock Trial program is one of the nation’s elite programs where you can have a great educational experience and improve your skills, all while having the time of your life.

You will stay as guests of the Miami University Mock Trial program, the second-ranked program in the United States and the premier program in Ohio and the Midwest. You will stay in university halls, with all of your meals in Miami University’s award-winning dining halls. During the day, Miami University professors of |
Business Legal Studies and practicing attorneys who also coach the Miami University Mock Trial Program will teach you about the different aspects of trial, advocacy and the law. By the end, you will be ready to put on a
case with your team – both as an attorney and as a witness. You will learn valuable skills for mock trial and college like leadership, self-confidence, camaraderie, teamwork, oral communication skills, critical thinking, and problem solving – all while having fun.
The Miami University Trial, Advocacy and the Law Conference will teach you valuable skills – whether you are on a high school mock trial team or simply a student interested in the law.
